DropDesk includes everything operators need to launch a bookable marketplace: white-label branding, custom domains, listing and host management, calendars and availability, multi-package pricing (hourly, daily, per-session, subscription), Stripe payment processing with multi-party payouts, customer accounts, in-app messaging, booking and cancellation management, analytics, and admin reporting. Mobile apps for iOS and Android come standard. No development work or hosting required.

Is DropDesk no-code? Do I need developers to build my marketplace?

DropDesk is fully no-code. Operators configure their marketplace through an admin dashboard — branding, listings, packages, pricing, host onboarding, and customer experience — all without writing code. Developer involvement is optional, mainly for advanced custom integrations through our API or for embedding DropDesk components in existing sites.

Can I use my own custom domain with DropDesk?

Yes. DropDesk marketplaces run on your own domain (yourbrand.com), not a DropDesk subdomain. SSL certificates, DNS configuration, and email-from-domain setup are all included as part of launch.

How customizable is DropDesk's branding?

Operators control the full visual identity of their marketplace: logo, colors, typography, imagery, page copy, and email templates. The marketplace runs on your domain under your brand — DropDesk's name doesn't appear in the customer experience. Custom landing pages and category pages are configurable.

Does DropDesk include mobile apps?

Yes. DropDesk includes iOS and Android mobile apps for both customers and hosts. Customers can search, book, and message from the app; hosts manage listings, calendars, and bookings on the go. Branded white-label apps are available depending on plan — contact sales for specifics.

How does DropDesk handle payments and payouts?

DropDesk processes all payments through Stripe Connect, the industry standard for marketplace payments. Customers pay through your branded checkout in their local currency; funds split automatically between hosts and your platform's revenue share; and payouts go to host bank accounts on Stripe's payout schedule. Multi-currency, multi-party splits, chargebacks, refunds, and US tax forms (1099s) are handled automatically.

Can I migrate existing listings or users to DropDesk?

Yes. DropDesk supports migration from spreadsheets, existing booking platforms, or custom databases. Our team helps you import listings, host accounts, customer accounts, and historical bookings during onboarding. Bulk CSV import is available for self-service migrations, and the API supports more complex sync scenarios.

How does DropDesk handle security and data compliance?

DropDesk is hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure with SSL/TLS encryption, regular backups, and modern security practices. Payment data is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-compliant.
