In this Privacy Policy “DropDesk” and “we” refers to DropDesk LLC. which provides our Workspace-as -a Service Platform which is accessible by any means such as an Internet browser, desktop application or mobile device (collectively referred to as the “DropDesk Platform”) our websites including drop-desk.com and app.drop-desk.com (the “Site”) and the DropDesk Services including services such as DropDesk Pass, DroDesk Local and DropDesk Desk Launch (“collectively the “Services”).

The following statements inform You of DropDesk’s policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information (as defined below) DropDesk receives from or relating to persons using or accessing the DropDesk Platform, DropDesk Services and the Site (each such person “You” or “User”, whether or not capitalized). By using our Services, You agree to the collection, use and disclosure of Your Personal Information, in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into DropDesk’s Terms of Use by reference. 

If You do not agree with the terms of our Privacy Policy, You must cease use of the DropDesk Platform and the Site and delete any associated accounts with the DropDesk Platform and the Site. 

DropDesk uses your Personal Information for providing the Services to You and our Customers primarily Venue operators publishing spaces available to You, providing you with information about our Services, and for providing, maintaining, and improving the Site, and Services. We may use your Personal Information to contact you with marketing or promotional materials.

How will we notify You of changes to this policy?

This Privacy Policy may be modified by DropDesk at any time. You agree that Your notice of any changes to our Privacy Policy is by the posting of a last revised date on the Site. Continued use of the Site after any changes to our Privacy Policy signifies Your unconditional acceptance of the changes. 

What kinds of information do we collect?

DropDesk will collect Personal Information from You such as Your name, phone number, email, location, credit card information and other personal identifiers when You access the DropDesk Platform and Site in ways including, but not limited to: using the Site; creating an account; receiving and replying to messages and inquiries; booking space or a service from the Site; contacting customer service or any member or employee of DropDesk with an inquiry pertaining to DropDesk; providing our partners, affiliates, or other organizations with information; interacting with our social media accounts; to provide You with service information and news; to conduct research about DropDesk’s customer base or services; to process Your payments including credit checks and collection; to notify You of technical updates or changes in policy; or to contact You for marketing and promotional purposes. DropDesk will not knowingly or intentionally share Your credit card information with any third party other than a Third Party powering a Drop Desk Service and the credit card processing provider necessary to process Your payment information for payment to DropDesk or its Customers.

Venue Operators.

The DropDesk Services are also made available to our Venue operator customers (“Customer”) for use by their employees, members, or people using our Customers’ services. Our Services will also be subject to Your agreement with the third-party Customer which may be Your employer, membership organization or business from which You are receiving another service and which Customer requests, or requires You to use DropDesk Services. Those Customers will have their own privacy policies and terms of use, which DropDesk is not responsible and You should review those policies as well, in order to gain a fuller understanding of how Your Personal Information is collected, used and disclosed.

Third Parties.

Certain Services including CRM workflow are made available to our Customers through a Third Party. Our Services will also be subject to Your agreement with any Third Party identified to You as may be required to use DropDesk Services who have their own privacy policies, for which DropDesk is not responsible and You should review those policies as well, to gain a fuller understanding of how Your Personal Information is collected, used and disclosed.

Third-Party Materials.

In order to provide the services of the Site or to comply with applicable “know Your client” anti-money laundering, or sanctions regulations, You authorize the transmission of Personal Information as follows:

  1. by DropDesk to the provider of the Third-Party Service including any Venue Operator and CRM provider of some or all of Your Information sufficient to provide the Third-Party Service; and
  2. by the provider of the Third-Party Services to DropDesk of the Third-Party Materials which may contain additional personal information about You;

in each case to provide You with the Service. Such information may include (but is not limited to) Your first and last name, Your address, date of birth, occupation and whether You are listed on certain governmental databases (“Third-Party Materials”). The storage and use of the Third-Party Materials will also be governed by the Privacy Policy of the Third-Party. You should check with the Third-Party what their Privacy Policy is with respect to the Third-Party Materials.

Marketing and Advertisements.

You expressly consent that DropDesk may also use the information to inform You of and market to You other products, services or opportunities provided by DropDesk, its affiliates, advertisers, the Venues, or otherwise, and that DropDesk may share certain of Your information with its affiliates, advertisers, the Venues, or otherwise in furtherance thereof. Advertisements may be tailored to You based on the information we collect from You, in relation to Your interactions with our Site or otherwise.

Other Uses of Information. 

We are a multinational business headquartered in the United States with Venue operators and affiliates in various countries around the world. Your Personal Information may be disclosed to recipients located outside of Your country when You use our Services and those of our Customers. We do not make a practice of selling, sharing, trading or renting Your Personal Information to others in ways different from what is disclosed within this Policy, agreed to contractually by our Customers, or the users of our Services, or otherwise with their permission.

We may use certain information we gather from Your use of our Site and DropDesk Platform, and DropDesk Services to generate de-identified or aggregated information, from which Personal Information has been removed. De-identified or aggregated information does not identify You in any personal way and is not subject to any of the restrictions in this Privacy Notice and we may use it as we consider appropriate.

Device information.

We collect information from and about the device(s) You use to access our services including: hardware and software information such as IP address, device ID and type, device-specific and apps settings and characteristics, app crashes, advertising IDs (such as Google’s AAID and Apple`s IDFA, both of which are randomly generated numbers that You can reset by going into Your device’ settings), browser type, version and language, operating system, time zones, identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify Your device or browser (e.g., IMEI/UDID and MAC address); information on Your wireless and mobile network connection, like Your service provider and signal strength; information on device sensors such as accelerometers, gyroscopes and compasses.

Cookie data.

DropDesk may use cookies and data collection to better the experience of the users of our Site for purposes including, but not limited to, recognizing You when You access the Site, keeping a record of Your activities and keeping a record of Your messages. Cookies are bits of electronic information that can be transferred to Your computer or other electronic device to uniquely identify Your browser. Cookies may be used to monitor Your activity on our Site, store Your preferences, track Your trends and improve our Site. If You choose to disable cookies on Your browser, our Site may not operate for You properly. 

Information from partners.

Any information collected by our affiliates, Venues or other organizations is subject to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies. DropDesk is not responsible or liable for any issues that may arise involving any affiliates or other organizations stemming from their privacy policies. 

Opting Out.

You may choose to opt out of receiving e-mails from us by following the instructions for unsubscribing to our emails. You may choose to limit the non-essential information we collect by contacting us at the below contact information. You may choose to opt out of which ads You receive. In the event You do not contact us to opt out of the collection of information or receiving of content, You agree that it is because You expressly consent to both and Your continued use of our Site is Your consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy. 

Not for Use by Children.

This Site is not intended for use by children. Children under the age of thirteen can only use the Site with permission from a parent or guardian. DropDesk does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen.

We use the Personal Information we have to provide and support the Services and : 

Provide, personalize and improve our Site and Service. 

We use the information we have to deliver our Service to You, including to personalize features and content and make suggestions for You. To create personalized products that are unique and relevant to You, we use Your connections, preferences, interests and activities based on the data we collect and learn from You and others and how You use and interact with our products. 

Product research and development. 

We use the information we have to develop, test and improve our Services, including by conducting surveys and research, and testing and troubleshooting new products and features. 

Ads and other sponsored content. 

We use the information we have about You-including Your interest, actions and connections- to select and personalize ads, offers and other sponsored content we show You. 

Provide measurement, analytics and other business services. 

We use the information we have to help advertisers, Venues and other partners measure the effectiveness and distribution of their ads and services and understand the types of people who use their services and how people interact with their websites, apps, and services. 

Promote safety, integrity and security. 

We use the information we have to verify accounts and activity, combat harmful conduct, detect and prevent spam, maintain the integrity of our products, and promote safety and security on and off of DropDesk Platform and our Site. 

Communicate with You. 

We use the information we have to send You marketing communications, communicate with You about our products, and let You know about our policies and terms. We also use Your information to respond to You when You contact us. 

Security.

The security of Your Personal Information is important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

DropDesk may provide links on this Site to other websites that are not under our control. In using our Services You may have access to websites and services offered by third-Parties.
