About The Venue
Located on the corner of University Avenue and Queen Street West, the Bank of Canada Building is an eight-storey heritage designated structure situated on a full city block in Toronto's downtown core that originally served as the regional head office for the central bank. IQ Offices has revitalized this heritage icon for a unique office and coworking space: 12-foot open ceilings, glass and concrete design, and The Vault, a lounge & event space in a 4,500 square-foot former gold and currency repository. Completed in 1957, this eight-storey structure occupies a full city block and offers an abundance of natural light to the 43 private offices, five pods and 12 dedicated desks occupying one full floor. The uniqueness of the building's architecture is captured by the interior design, which features 12-foot open ceilings, 9-foot wood doors with glass inserts, glass office fronts and exposed concrete columns and floors. IQ Offices Members at this location benefit from private elevator access to a beautifully appointed, contemporary lounge space located in the 4,500 square foot Vault, originally constructed to house the gold and currency reserves for this region of the country. In addition to a premium lounge space, the Vault also offers a variety of meeting room options and is available for private event bookings. The centre invites you to come for a tour and discover what makes this centre a smarter way to work.
