Long Beach Walking Tour on Sunday, October 4th

Discover little known facts about our unique"sand bar in the middle of nowhere" as well as interesting things to see and do on our barrier island. The 90-minute tour will begin at the Board Walk entrance at the Allegria Hotel at 10am. No registration is required. The tour is suitable for everyone, including families with school-age children. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and a hat. Remember sunscreen and carry water. Bathroom facilities will be nearby at all times. Highlights of the tour will include the historic Nassau Hotel and turn-of-the-century mansions in the Red Brick District, the Long Beach Holocaust Memorial, the Laurel Diner, and if time permits, a visit to some of the newer and more interesting shops in our commercial district.
