Event Space Downtown Detroit - Modern, Elegant, Loft-Style

Our event space is an intimate modern style loft, with exposed brick, luxurious floor-to-ceiling windows, and a spacious lounge area. You will have access to a bartop/ kitchenette, which can accommodate catering and bartending needs. The kitchenette features spacious countertops, shelves, and storage cabinets, as well as two mini-fridges to keep your food cool throughout the day. We also have a dishwasher, a hot water dispenser, a large sink, an ice machine, and a microwave available for your use. There are three large TVs throughout the space which can be used as projection displays per your choice. The space comfortably accommodates a variety of seating arrangements with our in-house tables and chairs, and is suitable for up to 200 guests in a strolling format. For larger crowds or specific setup preferences, we recommend bringing additional furniture.
