Conveniently located minutes from Echo Park, Los Feliz, and Downtown LA, with 18 first-come, first-serve parking spaces available for guests. Ideal for creative teams, production companies, startups, casting directors, and corporate groups seeking a polished, flexible space in a central LA location. **Room subject to availability.
