Each private office features a working desk, comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, natural light, and access to shared amenities including a mini kitchen, lounge areas, and restrooms. Wardrobe racks and monitor screens are available upon request to support production prep, fitting coordination, or content creation. The Private Offices are perfect for freelancers, small teams, agencies, producers, writers, and casting directors seeking an affordable, private space in a convenient, creative setting. Guests have access to 18 first-come, first-serve parking spaces in the Main Lot, and enjoy private entry through the Aaron Street parking entrance.
